  • Faulty Goods / Guarantee

    1 ) If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. It's helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this would normal save you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with these terms and conditions.



    2 ) All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.



    3 ) The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.



    4 ) If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.


    5 ) In the event of a digital photo not being provided, the cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.



    6 ) Our products are guaranteed against materials and workmanship defects for a period of 3 years.



    7 ) Products should be maintained in accordance with the product care and maintenance instructions.



    8 ) Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.

     

    9 ) The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the uk.



  • Shipping & Delivery

    Delivery & Carriage Charges

     

    1 ) All orders placed on this website are dealt with strictly in the order in which they arrive. Seasonal peaks in demand may effect dispatch and delivery times.

     

    2 ) Goods will normally be dispatched within 7 days. Any estimated dispatch date can change without notice.



    3 ) In the UK, we will normally deliver goods within 2-4 working days of dispatch.



    4)  If you order a large quantity of product delivery times can vary and product may arrive in more than one delivery.



    5 ) Delivery destinations adhere to the boundaries of our courier service providers. For orders to be delivered outside these parameters it is up to the customer to organise their own collection and delivery of the product.


    6 ) We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday.



    7 ) We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage as a result of you instructing the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.



    8 ) Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.



    9 ) After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to the delivery depot. We reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.



    10 ) If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.



    11 ) Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to ourselves within a reasonable time.



    12 ) If the goods appear to be lost or are damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.



    13 ) You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.

     

    14 ) Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.



    15 ) Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise.



    16 ) If you cancel, you must return the goods, in the condition you received them, within 7 days of delivery, complete with the original packaging to us, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Radpet is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Radpet Ltd charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the rate applicable for the location to which the order is being shipped.

  • You may cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

    Where applicable we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, including any carriage charges that we charged you for the items that you return to us.

    This does not affect your statutory rights .

    In the event of litigation both parties agree that the law of country where Radpet registered office is, shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of the said countries courts.

    MISCELLANEOUS:

    1 ) All manipulated materials constituting main product parts sold on this website are dispatched clean and rubbed down. Where this concerns items requiring maintenance such as wood, the customer is responsibility for maintenance there after.

     

    2 ) At times when materials ordered are not immediately available, Radpet will endeavour to inform customers at the earliest convenience of a likely delay in dispatch. Customers are to understand that, on such occasions, the delay will be as long as it takes to get the materials unless customer requests an available replacement material.

     

    3 ) The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Radpet with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Radpet Ltd with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Radpet. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
